At DT Custom Prints, all products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been approved and production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, spelling, dates, measurements, and other order details before production. DT Custom Prints is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error caused by DT Custom Prints, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, work with you to provide a replacement or other resolution.
